These terms govern your use of this website and your reservation of Free Fable credits for Modyl Build, operated by Carcinize Corp (“Carcinize,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or reserving credits, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Reservations are interest, not a contract

Reserving Free Fable credits is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase, an offer, or a binding contract for service, and it does not guarantee access to Modyl Build, a specific credit amount, a place in line, or any particular timing. The issuance and redemption of any credits are governed by the Promotion Rules, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and don’t submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or enter duplicate or automated reservations. We may decline or remove reservations that appear fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible.

Intellectual property

The Modyl and Carcinize names, logos, page content, and design are owned by Carcinize Corp and may not be copied or used without permission. “Fable,” “X,” and other third-party names belong to their respective owners; Modyl Build is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

No warranty

This site and the reservation offer are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Modyl Build or Fable will launch on any particular schedule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carcinize Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the promotion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update them as the product and promotion evolve; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update.
