This policy explains what Carcinize Corp (“Carcinize,” “we,” “us”) collects when you reserve Free Fable credits for Modyl Build, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you reserve credits, we collect the email address you submit and, if you choose to provide it, your X (formerly Twitter) handle. We also collect basic campaign attribution — such as UTM parameters and referrer — and standard analytics about how the page is used (for example, pages viewed and approximate region). We do not ask for or store payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through this page.

Why we use it

We use this information to contact you when Modyl Build opens, to administer the Free Fable promotion (including verifying eligibility and preventing duplicate or fraudulent entries), to measure the performance of our campaigns, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, vendors that host the site, store form submissions, send email, and provide analytics — and only as needed to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

This page uses the X (Twitter) advertising pixel to measure conversions from ads. That pixel sets cookies and shares event data with X under X’s own privacy terms. You can limit ad tracking through your X settings and your browser’s cookie controls.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation information for as long as the Free Fable promotion is active and for a reasonable period afterward to administer credits and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, email hello@carcinize.net. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security & children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we collect, though no method of transmission is perfectly secure. Modyl Build and this promotion are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
